Refund policy

We take quality control seriously and only dispatch coffee that meets our strict standards. In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with the quality of our products, we want to hear from you. Please email us at contact@artisancoffeebeans.com.au or call us on +61 3 4420 9547 to let us know about the issue.

Because coffee is a perishable item and with current COVID-19 conditions, returns cannot be restocked. Therefore, almost all merchants will not offer returns on coffee. However, we're confident that you will enjoy our coffee as much as we do, and as such, we're happy to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding freight charges).

To be eligible, you must return the product within 30 days of the purchase and it must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, the refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 working days (subject to bank processing times).

Please note, under applicable consumer law in Australia, it is not a requirement to refund or offer a credit if you change your mind about what you have purchased from us.
